I had the best experience here! Traveled in from out of town and stayed for 2 days! Everything was excellent. The staff was so nice. We needed extra towels and the maintenance or office man brought me extra immediately! He checked on our stay the entire time and offered anything we needed! He said his name was Joe! I would definitely recommend staying here short term if you are traveling to Houston for a short vacation!! and the price is worth it!! Thanks Joe for making our experience great!!!

The guy at the front desk who checked us in was one of the nicest front desk persons I've dealt with recently. He didn't act like we were bothering him at all. He smiled and was extremely helpful.
Great front desk service from the staff Joseph! Stayed over night. Had an issue with my Expedia app and it did not register; he insisted I waited in the lobby until everything was sorted out! He even offered to call Expedia himself. Everything was great.
This place had the most COMFORTABLE beds! Stayed one night to rest up after a long drive and it was the best sleep I ever had in a long time. Amazing prices and great location. Service was very friendly and professional. HIGHLY recommend to anyone on a tight budget who wants to sleep on a 5 star bed. I'll definitely be back when in this area.
